As you all may know already, I am mildly technologically retarded... however, as I am also (mildly) stubborn I have decided that I WILL have a blog (I WILL!!) so I am going to try my best to create one.
I head out to Dar es Salaam on Tuesday 11 November to start my life as a government economist in the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Marketing. One of the former ODI fellows has been kind enough to offer me a place to stay whilst I get settled in and look for a place of my own. I officially start on the 17th of November so hopefully at that point I will have more to report.
Now lets see if I can figure out how to post this....
